The Perseverance Award
This year, The First Tee and participating instructors are handing out Perseverance Awards to students who have shown resilience and determination throughout the year. In addition to be awarded a plaque and certificate, children also received a scholarship for one session in our Life Skills Experience Program at any of our area sites!
There are 13 award winners this year from the Kansas City Kansas Public Schools and Hickman Mills School District. We are excited to continue giving out Perseverance Awards to those kids who deserve them in other schools as well.
